The Revue –  A Folk Music Spectacle

February 7th, 2025 at 8pm

The Revue—Ottawa’s one and only bonafide folk music revue—is coming back to the Great Canadian Theatre Company.

The Revue is a folk music presentation like no other, featuring original music from celebrated local artists traversing the long line of folk music, from pre-war ragtime and blues, to modern singer-songwriter ballads. Blend in a healthy dose of banter, hokum and playful ribbing, and you have The Revue—A Folk Music Spectacle!

The Revue is pleased to return to the mainstage at the GCTC.  For the many folks who know and love the show already, you’re going to see all kinds of the usual silliness expanded on the inspired stage at the GCTC, along with your favourite original tunes polished up and hijinks only amplified.

Live in person, like you’ve never seen them before, the GCTC welcomes local musicians Birdie Whyte, Sonny Aiken, C.A. Jackson, Marc Albert, Nik Field, & Sal.

Hang on to your hats, friends. Have your tickets ready! This will be a night to remember.
