It is a valuable truth that we are all carried till we can carry ourselves. That we give and share, but also receive. That life is an invitation, and a gift, but most of all a call to dance.
On Saturday August 26th, 2023, GCTC and Propeller Dance will premiere CARRYING EACH OTHER FINDING OURSELVES — a documentary about Rob Chartier’s artistry as a professional dancer and community leader within Propeller Dance since its inception in 2007. The documentary follows Rob’s artistic path as a dancer, including his discovery of his Wendat-Huron ancestry which has informed his art-making.
This production is thanks to the support of TD Bank Group, through the TD Ready Commitment, and the CCA Digital Now streaming fund.
